The ability of the players is turning to be something else, where all the resources and money have been invested in the club but yet can't fulfill the promises for the supporters. Togbe Afede XIV has tried everything possible to make sure that the team get back in winning ways.
It looks so good when the team start winning matches but it has become very difficult for the players to convince the supporters as they start loosing their matches. The club in the past has been working with a bonus structure where all players received an equal bonus when the team records a win.
During the time of the Serbian gaffer, in the said new bonus structure proposed by Kosta Papic, players in the first 11 who play full 90 minutes will get bigger bonuses with players that are substituted receiving less amount. The playing body was smiling to bank during their paid bonuses. The top hierarchy ensured that all debt are paid despite the financial difficulties faced by the club during this pandemic period.
For the past three games, there have been motivation upon motivation, but it has all been ruled as null and void with the dwindling performance of the team now. The team has not been able to win three straight matches in a row. I personally think the strikers needs to be bench and the club to move on for another strong, pacy and clinical finisher to help the club. The Phobians are keen on winning the Ghana Premier League back after a decade of not winning the title. Hearts appointed a new gaffer to turn the team around but have failed over time now with a lot of unconditional results.
