Ati-Zigi Shows Class in Black Stars Win Over South Korea

The Black Stars of Ghana made the entire nation proud after beating the South Koreans in their second group game.

The Black Stars nearly sent shockwaves down the spine of the entire Ghanaians after they scored twice but gave away all the goals.

It was the Asians who went down twice but rallied from those two goals to pull level in the second half.

The Black Stars however got their house in order to win the game by 3-2 where two goals from Mohammed Kudus and the opener by Salisu Mohammed got the winner.

The Black Stars are making their fourth World Cup appearance after their first appearance at the 2006 FIFA World Cup in Germany.

The game against South Korea saw goalkeeper Lawrence Ati Zigi put up a splendid performance in post for the Black Stars of Ghana in Qatar for the one month long football tournament hosting 32 teams.
