Last Minute Attempts By Premier League Teams To Capture Prince Kwabena Owusu From Goldstars

The second registration window for the 2020/21 season closes tomorrow for all clubs in their respective leagues.

Host of premier clubs are running after the signature of Bibiani Goldstars goal prodigy Prince Kwabena Owusu. The hot-form striker has smashed 12 goals in 12 outings for his team, this season. 

Accra Hearts of Oak 

The Premier League giants made an official approach and offer for the budding striker. Bibiani Goldstars, upon receiving the offer, indicated their plans, which include meeting as a club to take a decision on it. The Phobians persist on signing the players before the opportunity closes tomorrow. 

They plan to include him in their squad for the second round of the league. 

They are in search of urgency and bite upfront.

Other clubs

Clubs such as Asante Kotoko, Medeama, Dreams FC and Legon Cities have all shown interest in the youngster. 

Asante Kotoko look ahead to capturing him for the remaining league matches.

Legon Cities could outsmart competitors in their pursuit. With Hans Kwoffie and Prince Kwabena Owusu partnership, they hope to detach themselves from the danger zone of the league table.

Dreams FC are in a position of signing him but could allow him to stay and join next season. 

Bibiani Goldstars 

Although there is a last minute approach to prize away their precious striker, the club could have a change of plans by way of accepting a juicy offer to allow him exit.

In other instances, the zone two leaders may decline all offers available, ensure Prince Owusu competes the season and leave.

Their long term ambitions of qualifying into the Ghana Premier League is alive as they grind results both home and away this season. 

With his scoring ratio, they see him to bang in more goals, keep the aspirations floating and exit when the applause is high.
