Klopp warns Man City could be almost unstoppable with Lionel Messi transfer as Citizens eye £1.4m-a-

Liverpool coach Jurgen Klopp warned Premier league clubs and Liverpool fans of the chances of retaining the tittle will take a serious hit if Pep side( Manchester City ) land Lionel Messi.

Manchester city are monitoring the situation of Barcelona superstar and are ready to pop in to agree Messi sterging of £1.4million a week, made up of salary, signing-on fee, bonuses and image rights.

The situation of Lionel Messi in Barcelona is not easy for City to prise him away.

Mean While Klopp said : “Lionel Messi would clearly help City and make it even more difficult to beat them, which was already very difficult to win against them.”

“The price and weekly wages are absolutely not for us, so we don’t even have to start thinking about it!

It is yet to see if Barca will allow the world best to walk out for free as Messi’s representatives were in touch with Barcelona yesterday to request a formal meeting next week to discuss how he can leave the Catalan giants.
