Kumasi Asante Kotoko was crowned champions of the Ghana Premier League season today at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium.
The had the official closing ceremony with officials of the Ghana Football Association that presented the trophy and medals to the champ's. To conclude it all for the day was Kotoko's match against Elmina Sharks. Both sides had a brilliant start to the game to but at the end of it all, Kumasi Asante Kotoko had the best laughter of the day to crown the long celebration.
Kotoko's Imoro Ibrahim's began it all today with his stunning free kick against to open the score line in the first half of the game. It was such a delight to watch such a brilliant kick from the Kotoko man. He had such a brilliant season and his performance justify why many feel he deserves a black stars call up.
In all Kotoko added to more goals to make it 3-0 to end the season.
