Ghanaian winger Osman Bukari seals Red Star Belgrade move.

Sensational Ghanaian winger Osman Bukari has finally sealed the move to Serbian giants Red Star Belgrade on a long-term deal. The move has been in the pipeline for some time now. He joins from parent club KAA Gent in Belgium. He was on loan at the French Ligue 1 side FC Nantes for the just-ended season. He helped them to lift the French cup. Osman scored two goals and provided four assists in 26 matches in all competitions for them.

Osman also scored his maiden goal for the Black Stars against Madagascar in an Afcon qualifier. Osman was a member of the Black Stars squad that eliminated Nigeria from the 2022 FIFA World Cup final play-off round to book a ticket to the biggest stage in world football slated for November to December this year in Qatar. He has made 5 appearances so far for the national team. He will be hoping to make the Black Stars squad for the world cup in Qatar later this year.

This is good news for Ghana. Having more players playing in top leagues across the world is good for the national team. He will be wearing the number 19 shirt for the Serbian side.
