The issue of appointing technical team and sacking them in a short while has persisted for long and frankly it has distorted the progress of the team.
It has been more than a decade since Accra Hearts of Oak won a premier league trophy. The last time Accra Hearts of Oak won the league was in 2009.
The team needs a new direction that will create better atmosphere for the management, technical team and the entire playing staff to hunger for both domestic and continental laurels.
