13 goals, 6 wins and 3 drawn games recorded on betPawa Premier League Matchday 3 action last weekend

The statistics from the betPawa Premier League Matchday Three action last weekend, made interesting reading with the nine matches played, producing 13 goals.

In all, there were six wins and three drawn games as the season had a full schedule weekend, for the first time this season.

There five home wins with one away victory in the matches played across board nationwide.

The only away win over the weekend, was recorded at the Aliu Mahama Sports Stadium in Tamale, where Legon Cities made it back-to-back wins at that venue with a 1-0 success over RTU.

The biggest game of the weekend, ended 1-1 at the Baba Yara Stadium in Kumasi as giants Asante Kotoko and Hearts of Oak, shared the spoils.

Accra Great Olympics continued with their good start to the season as they maintained their unbeaten start with a 1-0 home win over King Faisal Babes at the Accra Sports Stadium.

Accra Lions, produced the same result to win at the same venue against Tamale City FC.

Aduana FC, were held to a pulsating 2-2 home draw by FC Samartex 1996 at the Nana Agyeman Badu (NAB) I Park, Dormaa-Ahenkro.

Karela United, made good use of the home conditions as they ended the unbeaten start to the season by Dreams FC with a 2-0 victory at the CAM Park, Anyinase.

Gold Stars, posted their first win of the campaign with an important 1-0 home victory over Bechem United at the Dun's Park, Bibiani.

Berekum Chelsea, moved joint top of the stairs with a 1-0 home win over Medeama SC at the NAB I Park, Dormaa-Ahenkro.

The game between Kotoku Royals and Nsoatreman FC at the Cape Coast Stadium, failed to produce a goal as the two debutants, drew goalless.

The 2022/23 betPawa Premier League will continue this weekend with the Matchday Four action across Ghana.
