Otto Addo tells why Samed Salis was not part of Ghana squad for Brazil friendly

Following Ghana's loss to Brazil and Thomas Partey's problematic physical issue record, calls have increased for the incorporation of RC Focal point midfielder, Abdul Samed Salis into the Ghana crew for the World Cup.

Most Ghanaians accept that Salis is the ideal accomplice for Thomas Partey when he is available and the ideal substitution when the Weapons store star is harmed.

In the midst of the elevating calls, Dark Stars mentor Otto Addo has made sense of why the midfielder was not in that frame of mind for the games against Brazil and Nicaragua.

Otto Addo said that the midfielder dismissed the Dark Stars' call-up for the AFCON qualifiers against Madagascar and the Focal African Republic and the four-country competition played in Japan since he was put on the save list.

"Salis Abdul Samed, he played at Clermont Foot with Alidu Seidu, I called the two in May, we actually have a rundown with players ready and waiting to be ready if players are harmed," Addo said as revealed by Africa Football News.

He further expressed that: "Alidu Seidu let me know that everything looked great with him not being on the save list and being prepared for good measure. Yet, Salis Abdul Samed let me know he would have rather not been on the save list. Then we had a ton of wounds in June, so I welcomed Alidu Seidu yet Abdul Samed would have rather not been a reservist so he wasn't on the rundown, I was unable to welcome him."So he is the person who bars himself from the rundown? " Indeed, that is all there is to it."

After the 3-0 loss to Brazil, Otto Addo is presently setting up his group for the amicable match against Nicaragua.

Ghana will play the game without key midfielder Thomas Partey who has passed on camp because of a physical issue.
