Ghana will face Nigeria for a place at the CHAN tournament in Algeria next year after overcoming Benin in a two-legged qualifier.
The Black Galaxies won 4-0 on aggregate over their neighbours after winning the return encounter 1-0 in Benin on Saturday.
They had earlier won the Ghana encounter 3-0 in a game played at the Cape Coast Stadium the previous week.
The Black Galaxies will face their Nigerian counterparts in another two-legged affair to determine which nation will advance to the Algerian tournament next year.
Coach Annor Walker's side are looking to qualify Ghana to the tournament for the first time since 2014 when the locally based national team finished second to Libya in the competition held in South Africa.
Ghana has missed the last three editions of the tournament meant for footballers who play their game in their home country's.
The tournament will be held in January next year in the North African country.
