Manchester United board have held a virtual emergency meeting to discuss the dismissal details of current underfire head coach Ole Gunnar Solskjaer after the abysmal 4-1 loss to relegation-threatened side Watford.
The meeting will consist of finding an immediate successor to replace Ole Gunnar Solskjaer after a continuous poor run of results.
Manchester United currently has 4 managers on their wishlist to replace the Norwegian. The list includes Zinedine Zidane, Brendan Rodgers, Eric ten Hag, and Ralf Rangnick. But Zinedine Zidane is currently in pole position to land the job, having previously rejected the proposal.
Manchester United is set to increase the financial package to Zidane in an attempt to lure him to join the Manchester giants.
Ole Gunnar Solskjaer will also be compensated for his services to the club, having signed a 3-year contract last year. He will be paid in a region of £7.5million.
Both Manchester United players and fans expect their legend to be dismissed within the next 48hours.
If Zinedine Zidane keeps resisting Manchester United's offer, they will have no choice but to switch their attention to the other alternatives.
