Twene Jonas has in a latest video he posted on his verified Facebook page called Twene Jonas TV , advised the president of the Ghana, Nana Akuffo Addo on the 25 million dollars black star saga that has sparked a lot of controversies and attracted a lot of critics from the general public.
Most of the critics are based on the fact that 25 million dollars is too much an estimated budget for the black stars alone to spend on the AFCON 2021 tournament and the Qatar 2022 FIFA World Cup Qualifiers.
The Minister of youth and sports Hon Mustapha Ussif has cleared the air with information that the 25 million dollars is not for the black stars alone, it's rather an estimated budget for all the the various national teams in all sporting disciplines.
Twene Jonas known for his constant criticization of Ghanaian leaders, has in a recent post on his Facebook page advised President Akuffo Addo on what he believes the money should be used for.
According to him the 25 million dollars can be used to create jobs for some of the youth who are engaged in betting and fraud under the pretense of being powerful pastors.
In his view such an amount of money can even be used to employ Ghanaians to provide portable water supply across the nation...
