There are many things that is going on in Ghana that need to stop. Some of the people in the country need to put a stop to it. This has happened several times in some of the matches that we played in Ghana.
A report reaching me stated that, some referees have been beaten at Wmamfo. The report stated that, the referees went to officiate a Division 1 game at Wmamfo. It was a match between Wamanafo Might Royals and Tano Bofoakwa. According to the report I gathered, there was a little misunderstanding between the home team and the referees so the fans of Wamanafo went bananas and handed match officials severe beatings in their Division One League game against Bofoakwa Tano
Center referee Niatire Suntuo Aziz and his assistants Suleman Mohammed and Yakubu Abdul Rahman were used as punching bags by angry fans of the home side after the final whistle. The fans were incensed the referee handed Mighty Royals a raw deal and helped Bofoakwa to earn a 0-0 draw. Please follow this article as I showcase the pictures of the referees.
Looking at the pictures aforementioned, you can see that the referees were beaten severely. This thing has to stop because it is not helping our game. Even if referees do something in a game, there is no need to beat them. Ghana football federation has to put in some measures so that any team who beat a referee would be punished. Please what do you think should be the punishment the Ghana Football Association should do to the team and it's supporters.
