Kumasi Asante Kotoko have made two false starts to their pre-season exercise in Sudan ahead of next season’s assignments.

The Ghana Premier League champions were billed to travel to Turkey to to put the club in shape ahead of next season’s Ghana premier league and the CAF Champions.
The Porcupine Warriors were unable to travel to Turkey for the preseason training due to issues with acquiring visas at the eleventh hour.
The team rather turned attention to Sudan to prepare for the domestic and the continental football.
The record Ghana Premier League holders started the pre-season against Sudanese giants, Al Hilal which did not go really as planned.
They lost their first game against Al Hilal by 2-0 in the first game and many thought their second game would be a better one but it turned out to be worse.
The Porcupine Warriors suffered a heavy defeat against the same side on Friday in the second game and it ended by 5-0.
