Loyal fans of Nana Yaw Amponsah plan to pay debt owed Maxwell Konadu

Issues as meagre as it may be, never underestimate the power of its destruction. The issue of dealing with player salaries and bonuses, departed players and their due have all been left unattended until there comes a sanction.

Kotoko seems not to learn from the past. The team has suffered massively from paying debts that could have been prevented by peaceful negotiations.

Successive coaches have amassed wealth after departing from the club. Coaches like David Duncan, CK Akkonor, Zachariason, and now Maxwell Konadu have all claimed penalties from the club.

The recent decision of the PSC of the GFA to order Kotoko to pay an amount of $ 36,000 plus other bonuses has struck the team hard.

Though the management has announced that they will appeal the case at CAS, it is also the heart desire of some supporters of the club and also Nana Yaw to pay the debt.

"If you're a supporter of @AsanteKotoko_SC & feel convinced @NYA_for_Project did the right thing firing Maxwell Konadu, please like and retweet this Tweet. If we get only 2000 supporters to contribute a minimum of ¢100 each, we'd pay him off without burdening our management. Fabulous!" - Dialectical Nick! on Twitter.
