Accra Hearts of Oak coach Kosta Papic is a perfect Oliver twist. This coach isn't content with whatever his team does. Hearts of Oak hit six goals past Bechem United over the weekend in the Ghana premier league. Yet Kosta Papic told reporters in the post match interview that his team is still struggling and will need time to be back to the level he wants them to be. Can you imagine that?
But come to think of it, he is right. He started his first spell in the same manner twelve years ago and he got sacked along the line leading the league with four points. It is a plan he has devised to prevent his players from been complacent and to think they have won league already of which they haven't.
Whenever complacency settles in a team, it brings the performance down. Hearts of Oak are on top form for now. Should they keep grinding the results their having at the moment consistently, they might emerge winners of this season.
