Wonders, will host the capital club in a GPL Matchday 26 encounter to be played at the Ohene Ameyaw Park, Techiman on Friday afternoon.
And, the former Asante Kotoko captain said, his side aims to win this fixture to ease their relegation worries.
The Techiman side are winless in their last two games and, could drop further down the table if results don't go their way this weekend.
And, this, according to Frimpong, is what they will seek to avoid as they welcome the Phobians to the Bono region.
"Our position on the table is not encouraging with nine matches to end the season", he told the local media.
He added: "We need to pick points as quickly as possible to save our season, and, we aim to start with this fixture".
"Hearts of Oak is a big team and, we respect them for all their achievements as a football club over the years, but, they will not escape defeat on Friday", Frimpong said.
A win for the home side will ease some of the pressure on them as they seek to avoid the drop to the lower tier league next season.
