
Accra based club, Accra Hearts of Oak mounted a huge comeback to secure a draw against Dreams FC at the Accra Sports Stadium.
The home side went down by 2 goals to nil in the early parts of the second half with David Van Dijk scoring the two goals for Dreams FC.
With defeat looking into the eyes of the Phobians, the Accra based club applied pressure on their opponents and it finally paid off when Dreams FC scored an own goal.
In the dying minutes of the game, Benjamin Yorke’s super strike leveled the score for Accra Hearts of Oak. With the score, Accra Hearts of Oak are currently 5th on the league table with 13 points after 8 games. The team is also 3 points away from league leaders, Aduana Stars.
Hearts of Oak are currently unbeaten under new manager, Slavko Matic. The Phobians are still favourites to win the league this season.
