Residents of the Western North Region, most especially the youth are calling on their regional minister honorable Richard Obeng to hand them opportunities when it comes to employment within the region.
According to the youth, the region is one of the most richest with regards to natural resources talk of Cocoa, Gold, timber, bauxite among other, however they find it difficult securing a job within the region.
They believe foreigners are raiding their environs by taking over the jobs and opportunities that is meant for them and this has rendered them jobless in that process.
Hence, they are pleading to their new regional minister, honorable Richard Obeng to looby for them to secure employment within the region.
Honorable Richard Obeng resumed office earlier this month after being approved by the appointment committee of parliament and a successful swearing in by the president has also revealed he is determined to bring development into the region.
