In Zone Two, Wassaman United were held to a goalless draw at home by Nzema Kotoko in a tough game played at the Nana Gyamfi Park, Bekwai.
Star Madrid FC lost for the second game running after going down 0-2 at home to New Edubiase United. Isaac Mintah scored both goals for the visitors.
Asokwa Deportivo made good use of their home advantage by beating Achiken FC 2-1 at the Len Clay Stadium, Obuasi.
Zone Two matches continues on Sunday with some interesting fixtures.
In Zone Three, Nania FC lost 0-1 at home to Amidaus Professsionals at Legon. Abraham Nissi got the lone goal for the visitors.
At the MATS Park, Teshie, Tudu Mighty Jets beat Phar Rangers 4-1 at home.
The action in this zone will continue today and tomorrow.
