Ghana's relay team put up a superb performance in their commonwealth games at Birmingham. The team, which comprises of Sean Sarfon Antwi, Benjamin Azamati, Barnabas Ageh and Abdul Rasheed Saminu, finished 3rd in heat 2 to qualify for the finals. At the time of the final race, the team was disqualified due to not confirming a change in running order at least an hour before the race.

Ghana's team did not notify the organizers an hour before swapping Joseph Paul Amoah and Abdul Rashid Saminu. Fans are causing many reactions on social media that our leaders are not putting up their best for the relay team. Some are blaming the president, vice president, and board members for not managing the sports system well enough, which has caused the team to make such mistakes.

Some fans are also saying it is the fault of the technical executives of the relay team because they already know the rules of the game and they think it is an unpardonable excuse. What are your views? Follow, share, and comment.
