The CAF international qualifiers never lack surprises. The games continue as we determined teams that can book their place at the impending cup of nations in Cote D'ivoire next year.
The Ethiopian team which most people seen as an new emerging force are gradually mastering the corners of the game. They displayed a beautiful football in the AFCON it was just unfortunate that they were kicked out early.
Most people were thinking this game Will be a piece of cake for the Pharaohs especially counting on their recent success at the just ended cup of nations in Cameroon which the went to the final and lost to another strong side, Senegal.
But it's wasn't business as usual as most football loving fans and "football investors" anticipated. The Ethiopians were able to for the first time in over twenty five years able to beat a strong side Egypt two unreplied goals.
Many fans even taught it's was just a Fluke when the home side Ethiopia took the early lead. The were able to even extend their goal margin to two thanks to their endless effort and their resilience through out the game.
Most Ethiopian fans think it time they receive their deserved respect. And that people should rather stop attaching "common" to countries that they think "pull a surprise" because they also worked hard for it.
