FIFA to Reduce Soccer Playing Time from 90 to 60 minutes.

 World football regulating body FIFA is pondering shortening the playing time in football from 90 minutes to 60 minutes. FIFA has for a long time been endeavoring to get a couple of changes in the universe of football, and that ends up being one of the changes.
