First detected in China's Hubei Province in the late December, 2019, the novel coronavirus 2019 has since spread to many countries. The world is therefore suffering from it. Caught unprepared many countries are affected.
The second wave cases are rising at an alarming rate. This has made mandatory quarantines and mobility restrictions to become part of our daily lives. Home has now perhaps become the safest place.
Productivity has greatly been affected, shift system instigated to reduce the number of physical presence of workers to avoid the spread. Efficiency and effectiveness are on the fore front
Voluntary nose and face mask wearing has now form part of our daily outings. Schools have also been affected (academic calender) with all the policies been aimed at a better life.
With the spark in cases each day, personal protection has become necessary. Regular hand washing and sanitising has all formed part of our routine activities. Business cycle has also changed in recent times.
Personal hygiene under the Covid era has however improved. This has reduced some diseases. Social distancing has now settled with us. Increase in hospital response to issues of Covid 19 and public education have all made living a worth while.
Life is precious, life is worth living. So is about staying safe and healthy.
