Chelsea and Barcelona have finally made progress in their discussions about the signing of Chelsea’s defender Marcos Alonso.
The defender was left out of Coach Thomas Tuchel’s plans towards the end of last season after it emerged that the two had serious disagreements in the dressing room.
Barcelona have reportedly agreed personal terms with the defender for almost 5 months now but due to their economic situation, they were reluctant on making the move for the player.
However, following the registration of Jules Kounde, the club have finally made progress in signing the Chelsea defender. The reported fee is around 6 million euros and it will be completed before the end of the transfer window.
Chelsea are also close to completing the agreement for the signing of Aubameyang. The two clubs hope to reach an agreement for around 23 million euros with 2 million euros to be paid based on his performances for the English premier league club.
