Ghana champions Asante Kotoko will begin their pre-season program tomorrow, (Monday) ahead of the new campaign.
The players will gather at their Adako Jachie training complex in Kumasi to begin a session that will lead them into what will be a long campaign.
Chieftains at the club have lined up a comprehensive program for the technical team and the playing body that will see them travel to Turkey to complete their pre-season rituals.
Asante Kotoko will depart Ghana next week to Europe to continue with their preparations for the next campaign to allow the technical team members to have a close look at the players.
They are billed to play Nigerian champions Rivers United in a pre-season friendly in Turkey on August 24 before returning to Ghana.
The Garden City club will take on FA Cup winners Accra Hearts of Oak in the Super Cup contest on September 4 before the Ghana Premier League, GPL starts a week later.
The Ghanaian champions will also take part in the CAF Champions League competition next season as part of their schedule for the entire season.
