The fixture will be played on Wednesday, June 8, 2022 at the Ohene Ameyaw Park, Techiman to bring the two sides on level pegging with the rest of the teams in terms of matches played.
Hearts of Oak were originally scheduled to honour this fixture on Friday, May 20, 2022, but the game was postponed after a strange ailment hit the camp of the Phobians prompting the Ghana Health Service, GHS to call for matches involving the club to be put on hold for it to conduct investigations into the cause of the illness.
The GHS has now given Hearts of Oak the all clear to return to work allowing the Ghana Football Association, GFA to fix their game with Eleven Wonders to this new date.
Hearts of Oak has a game with Karela United in Accra next week Monday, and, they will then head to Kumasi to face King Faisal Babes next weekend before they trek to Techiman to honour their outstanding fixture.
The Phobians are aiming to win this season's championship after taking the title last season.
They are however nine points behind leaders Asante Kotoko with five matches to play just like the Porcupines, and, they do have some catch-up to do if they hope to retain their title.
Eleven Wonders are heavily involved in the relegation zone and, they will need to win their remaining four matches to stand in with a chance of finishing outside the bottom three to stay up.
