Asante Kotoko arrive safely in Accra for Sunday's game with Great Olympics after winning GPL title

Record Ghana champions Asante Kotoko has arrived safely in the capital ahead of their league game with Accra Great Olympics on Sunday.

The Porcupines will go into this game on the back of winning the GPL title in midweek following their drawn game with AshantiGold SC at Obuasi on Thursday.

And, they have arrived safely in Accra for this Matchday 32 fixture at the Accra Sports Stadium looking to finish the campaign even higher.

With three matches to end the season, Kotoko leads the standing by 10 points as they look to end the season in style by winning all three remaining games.

Coach Prosper Nartey Ogum and his charges arrived in the capital in confident mood for this fixture against the Wonder Club who are on a patchy run of form at the moment.

They will be confident of winning this encounter to complete the double over Great Olympics this season after winning the first round fixture in Kumasi.

There is a positive karma blowing in the camp of the Porcupines following their league triumph, and, it takes away pressure from their side going into the last three games of the campaign.

Kotoko will look to put up a show in the nation's capital tomorrow afternoon ahead of their coronation as the champions of the 2021-22 GPL competition in Kumasi next weekend.
