With Chelsea creating many and many chances Timo Werner who played majorly as a number nine in Thomas Tuchel's side but did not live up to expectations because he did not utilize those chances and the blues are now in pursuit of this Holland made striker Erling Haaland who they believe can solve their goal problems.

This clearly says Dortmund are not willing to let go off their striker but who knows; when a big deal comes up it might change their mind.
