Black Satellites Skipper, Daniel Afriyie Barnie, ensured to lead his troops, by scoring, to claim the trophy home.
The game gave an equal opportunity for both teams, with Black Satellites looking smart to convert chances that came their way.
Burkina Faso in turn, kept piling pressure upfront but Defender Nathaniel Adjei stood and his colleagues on their grounds to intercept most dangerous balls into safety.
The second half did not present anything different, as both sides continued to play with caution as the score stood 1 - 1.
Midfielders continued to create chances and ensured to boss the game but Black Satellites of Ghana got an upper hand and increased the tally.
Meanwhile Burkina Faso did not relent, pushing men upfront to get the equalizer but Black Satellites jealously guarded their lead.
The latter stage came unexciting as both teams got worn out.
In spite of Black Satellites winning the ultimate prize, both Ghana and Burkina Faso have qualified for CAF Under - 20 Cup of Nations in Mauritania, 2021.
