Hearts Of Oak Management Mistreated Samuel Boadu, Prompting The Vociferous W.O. Tandoh To Retaliate.

W.O. Tandoh, a controversial physical trainer in Ghanaian football who joined the technical staff members of only traditional clubs like Aduana Stars and Accra Hearts of Oak, has voiced his opinion in response to the news that coach Boadu's contract with Accra Hearts of Oak has been terminated.

After a 1-1 stalemate with the league's defending champions, Kumasi Asante Kotoko, the head coach of MTN FA Cup champions Accra Hearts of Oak was dismissed and replaced by coach Nii Noi.

At the completion of the previous season, the former physical trainer resigned from his role at Accra Hearts of Oak. He has rejoined former head coach Paa Kwesi Fabin at Dormaa.

The former military commander was vehement in his criticism of Alhaji Akanbi and Vincent Odotei, two board members who also served as the club's managers when he announced his departure last season.

He disclosed this to Moshosho, the host of The Ultimate Sports Show, in an interview with Asempa FM in Accra, "The reason for my resignation is based on the autocratic, undermining, intimidating, and continuing lies of Mr. Vincent Sowah Odotei and Alhaji Imoro Braimah."

Without even a win, Coach Boadu has competed in eight BetPawa Premier League games. Five of his players joined the Black Galaxies for a hectic CHAN Qualification by Annor Walker. The results of the current season have received a lot of criticism for his ability.

He finished seventh in the league table last season, losing nineteen points to archrivals Kumasi Asante Kotoko, after failing to win a league game at the start of the season.

On Monday, September 27, 2022, the management formally released a press statement in which they acknowledged that his contract had been terminated, as had been reported in the media.

Hearts of Oak's choice to replace Coach Samuel with Dutch coach Erik Van Deer Meer was deemed unreasonable and cruel by W.O. Tandoh.

W.O Tandoh stated, "What has Samuel Boadu done wrong, what has happened, nothing has happened. Everyone in Ghana and the entire world knows that whenever a coach is sacked, he gets a new job. After nine to ten years, you failed to win a trophy. This gentleman (coach Samuel Boadu) comes in as a coach to win trophies in his first season and defended the MTN FA Cup."
