Let’s keep this chap in the Black Stars to keep his confidence and composure for the rebuilding

The Ghana Black Stars have won their deserved place in the usual position at where we deserved. Something drastic needs to be done before anything else happens.

The changes we make is not a sustainable approach.

We have to start from somewhere before we can make it at the end. This is a situation in which we want a lot of things to happen and it’s better to sustain the performance of the players.

We need a man like Kwesi Appiah who always introduce new players to secure the club as victorious at the end.

A lot of coaches have come and go but Kwesi Appiah has been outstanding indeed with a whole lot of young discoveries.

He introduced some players like Jerry Akaminko, Ebenezer Adjei, Christian Atsu, Raphael Dwamena et al.

We need a lot of good critical hands at the technical bench of Ghana Black Stars. The only player for the AFCON this time is the young player from Strasbourg, Alexander Djiku.

Throughout the tournament, he had been outstanding indeed and have improved the standard of his performance.

This is a player who can be added to the dream team going forward with Baba Iddrisu and some more youngsters. But some players have been given us a poor show since our core team members left the club.

We have seen some crucial task that have been given to C.K Akonnor, who have not been successful in his entire career since he started his coaching career with AshantiGold, Asante Kotoko, Hearts of Oak et al.

He don’t have any business in the team all, with the kind of management he has formed with the players.

The tactical brains behind Ghana football was seen in Djiku and no other player in this tournament. We need to project the defender to force his way and help the back line with the players who will be coming to pair with him.

We need such competent players to stay in the Black Stars and show a lot of experience.
