Manchester United defense has been nothing but shaky from last season till now. Whiles the supporters were looking for a new defender in the summer transfer window, Ed Woodward and Ole Gunnar Solskjaer rather signed another midfielder in the shape of Donny van de Beek from Ajax.
It's still early days in the campaign but United defenders have already made it clear that it will the same old stuff. Having just accumulated just a point in their last six home games at Old Trafford, the fans are eager for a new defender.
The good news is Manchester United have agreed personal terms with Kalidou Koulibaly about a possible winter move but the bad news is Napoli are holding out £75m. The asking price is what is making the deal slow. But vice chairman Ed Woodward is still confident that the two teams will come into agreement.
The player is said to have welcome a possibility of playing in the English premiere league and sees this as his last opportunity to leave Naples for Manchester. Any agreement struck will likely involve Bailey or Lindelof as Napoli will also like to get an immediate replacement.
Do you think this will be a good business?
