Ghana Football Association unapproved pitch have been approved by CAF for competitive Africa matches

The Accra Sports Stadium is the home ground for Hearts of Oak Sporting Club.

The team have everything it takes to make the best and successful team in the Ghana football history.

This is the team that is playing the CAF Champions League with Al Ahly, WAC, Esperance et al.

Hearts of Oak has been very good on the Northern Africa soil where a lot of people want to have the best of the team.

Their veterans were expect in playing Africa around 2000-2005. Such teams were the best for the recovery to hit the Ghanaians.

The performance of the ex-players make them name the club the 64 battalions which made them become well known by the club.

In actual sense, we have a lot of players where their contribution were felt and they made a name for themselves.

The Accra Sports Stadium is the usual grounds for Hearts but the real instance have to do with GFA. The GFA have another branch as the Club Licensing Board.

Their main focus is to check the standard of the pitches and regulate it well if they have to approve it.

But with all the checks, Baba Yara Sports Stadium, Bibiani Dun Park is also approved.

Not forgotten, CAF has even allowed Hearts of Oak to train and play competitive matches at Accra Sports Stadium.

It has become a decider for GFA Club Licensing Board to approve the Accra Sports Stadium which have been hosting high profile matches.

We only see GFA to act on CAF instructions but now it has shift the attention of many to regular activities.

This is not part of football and needs to be rejuvenated if Hearts of Oak have to get their own pitch.

The Phobians are safe in the hands of Togbe Afede XIV, with the Pobiman project. GFA is now working on the other pitches and yet to give Hearts of the go ahead.

The game the Phobians played with WAC was very good and the pitch looks more refreshing for the tournament.
