Arsenal played the first game in the 13th Gameweek of the English Premier League (EPL) today. Arsenal bounced back after losing its previous league game against in-form Liverpool away from home. Arsenal grabbed the 3 needed points at home in its game against struggling Newcastle United. Arsenal occupy the 5th position and have 23 points; 6 points behind league leaders, Chelsea and 6 points ahead of Manchester United
Liverpool also proved to be too hot for Southampton to handle as The Reds put 4 goals past The Saints. Liverpool now occupy the 2nd position on the league table; just a point behind league leaders, Chelsea and 2 points ahead of Reigning Champions, Manchester City.
