Ghana faced Nicaragua in the second preparatory games ahead of the world cup in Qatar later this year.
The team produced a solid performance but was very poor in the final third of the game in terms of scoring goals.
Speaking after the match, Head Coach of the Black Stars, Otto Addo said he was satisfied with the performance and that he would rate the performance as a seven out of ten. However, the coach also opened the doors for criticism saying that he wanted the team to score more goals.
He said “I'm satisfied with today's performance but you can criticise not scoring more goals. I will score it 7/10 but surely we should score more”.
The players will head back to their clubs and the Black Stars technical team will start preparing the tactics and logistics needed for the team to succeed in Qatar.
The Black Stars will begin their World Cup campaign with a match against Cristiano Ronaldo’s Portugal before facing Uruguay and South Korea.
