My Open Letter to Alhaji Youssif Mustapha, Sports Minister of Ghana

The Performance of Ghana Black Stars is nothing but a unfortunate and abysmal, since you took over as sport Minister, Hon. Yussif Mustapha, we have always expected the best, don't be tensed by this development, it's an avenue to change the narrative, lots of things have happened before you took over, this is a clear definition of what was borne to happen, Ghana was shocked by an Expose that revealed lots of corrupt practices ongoing within the Football Association, this resulted in many refrees both National and International, Losing their jobs.

Ghana Lost 2-3 to Comoros on the 18th and it resulted in the team ending at the button of the table with one point, the coach was not so good in substitutions and the Assistant should have done his part in that regard.

The nextime we are to hire a coach, kindly consider Silas Tetteh for that Position because, he had won the U20 world cup for the country, he took the U17 team to thier finals against France and we took a silver. He also nurtured players like Jonathan Mensah, Dede Ayew, Samy Adjei(Goal Keeper) etc that we are using today.

He has experience in scouting for players because he understands the local league better. He could be Assisted by Mr. Maxwell Kunadu because he Took the West African Football Cup for Ghana against Nigeria, that is what we call results.

We have seen the works you've done at the National Service Secretariat including Digitizing it, that was a fast and smart move to save the public purse.

To add to that, Kindly Build a National Sports Hospital for Ghanaian players and other athletes to seek medical attention when they are injured, that will boost them to die for the country, I remember Wakasu was injured and couldn't play, he could have gotten some medical attention through that hospital for free because he was serving the Nation, that alone will make players committed knowing their health is our concern.

We don't expect a player to be injured in line of duty in Ghana and go back to his club for treated and later be allowed to return. The local clubs can also use that facility and pay since they are individual organizations.

Lastly, Andre Ayew is not to strong as he was before, I heard a commentator during our match against Gabon saying that, you can cross check from the 60th Minute onwards, he said Dede isn't fit to play 90 minutes and I side with him, let's always bring him maybe 30 minutes to the End of Substitute him on the 60th Minute to help issues.
