Fans of Accra Hearts of Oak were thrown into a state of hysteria following the announcement of Samuel Boadu, as the head coach of the club. The former Medeama coach is regarded by hearts fans as the person, to lead the team to a coveted silverware. On the surface of current happenings, the coach is confronted with some decisions needed to be made for team progress.
Coach Samuel Boadu has the opportunity to either maintain Fatawu Mohammed as the team’s leader on the pitch, or name a new captain. He will be making things clear to the entire playing body, on the forward for the Oak tree. He could take a look at pronouncement made by Fatawu Mohammed during the recent turbulence. His remarks about coach Kosta Papic may prompt Samuel Boadu to decide otherwise. The coach is left with the chance to take a decisive measure geared towards attaining his goals.
The next thing to be decided by coach Samuel Boadu is his technical bench. He comes with his assistant but may have to look at the future of interim coach Nii Noi. The coach has to indicate whether he will co-opt him in his back room staff or maintain his preference.
In the same set up, as reported earlier, Samuel Boadu looks forward to working with Nii Sabahn Quaye as his team manager, and has informed officials. He stands by that and Sabahn Quaye may resume any moment from now.
With the goalkeeping department, Samuel Boadu may maintain former Black Stars goalkeeper Richard Kingston, as the goalkeepers trainer. His experience is unparalleled on the local scene.
