Hearts of Oak Coach Recommends Top Midfielder For Registration

Head coach of Hearts of Oak, Samuel Boadu will soon have his defensive midfield headache become a thing of the past.

Africa-foot.com can report that, midfielder, Abdul Aziz Nurudeen will be registered when the second 2021/22 transfer window officially opens for Ghanaian clubs in February. The Ghana Football Association has announced February 1, 2022, for the second transfer and registration of players into the domestic and international systems. According to the inside sources which spoke to this sports portal, coach Samuel Boadu cannot wait to include Aziz Nurudeen into his roaster to help remedy the ailing defensive midfield department. The Phobians could be left with former Berekum Chelsea midfielder, Abu Ushau as the only proper holding player following news of Emmanuel Nettey wanting to leave the club.

Salim Adams, who looks more of an attacking midfielder is available likewise former WAFA and Aduana Stars defender, Caleb Amankwah who is usually used as a makeshift defensive midfielder. Nurudeen has the quality to stop the leakage bedeviling the 21 time Ghana league champions who have had a rollercoaster season. The dreadlocked haired player has the ability to equally play at the left back which has since been marshaled by William Denkyi with news of Congolese, Raddy Ovouka’s departure imminent. Aziz Nurudeen, 23, grappled with an injury which laid him off for eight months but made a full return to the field in October.

Formerly of Division One side, Vision FC, Nurudeen joined the Phobians in 2020 on transfer deadline day alongside former Liberty Professionals midfielder, Frederick Ansah Botchway and team mate at Madina Republicans, Daniel Afriyie Barnieh. He does not only have good positional awareness, anticipation of opponent’s play, marking, tackling, interceptions, energy, but is equally blessed with quality passing skills capable of splitting opponent’s defence.
