"There Is Still Hope" - Ghanaians Optimistic Despite Comoros Doubled Their Lead

Football is a mixture of both good and bad feelings. It is a moment of joy for the winning team and that of sadness for the losing side. Ghana and Comoros finally faced off in the last Match day for the AFCON group fixtures.

It was a match that decided who goes and who comes back home. Ghana already looked distabilized but they still fought back to gain their honor.

Comoros struck the first goal at the 4th minute. That goal discouraged Ghanaians who were watching the match.

At the 25th minute, a lot of Ghanaians stopped watching after Andre Ayew was sacked from the pitch. It looked hopeless for the Black Stars as they are now down to 10 men against Comoros.

At the 61st minute, Comoros were able to double the lead to make it 2 - 0 against Ghana. Now things were looking bleak for Ghana.

However there came the comeback for Ghana. At the 61st minute, Boakye who was recently subbed in scores the 1st goal for Ghana. Then minutes later, Djiku scored the equalizer to make it 2 - 2 after an assist from Thomas Partey.

This got Ghanaians optimistic. Earlier, some had said that the Black Stars should be preparing to come home. They even made a photo above to show that.
