Coach Prosper Nartey Ogum has named the Asante Kotoko squad to face Eleven Wonders in the ongoing Ghana Premier League, GPL competition.
The Porcupines will trek to the Ohene Ameyaw Park, Techiman to face the relegation strugglers this afternoon in the last of the Matchday 21 fixtures.
Kotoko top the standing by seven points going into this fixture, and, they will extend the lead to 10 if they win this afternoon.
And with that in mind, Coach Ogum has named a strong side for this afternoon's game as they aim for the three points.
Kotoko will however be without Cameroonian import Georges Mfegue who picked up an injury in their last game with Bibiani Gold Stars in Kumasi.
Defender Augustine Agyapong will also miss this game as a result of a family bereavement. Issac Oppong is also injured and will not be part of the party.
Coach Ogum has his two trusted goalkeepers to choose from with both Danlad Ibrahim and Kwame Baah available for selection.
Kotoko goes into this game in the back of a 5-0 win in their last game, and, they will be the odds on favourites to win this fixture.
Eleven Wonders are in the bottom three on the table and will not give in easily especially on home soil.
This game will be huge to them as they aim to avoid the drop this season, and they will have their fans at the venue to support them.
Coach Ogum will hope his charges will rise to the occasion as they chase a record extending 25th GPL title at the end of the campaign.
