Kumasi Asante Kotoko is among the many clubs which are yet to join the likes of Elmina Sharks, West African Football Academy, Karela United and few others which have their own Stadium.
In an interview on Angel TV's sports show on Friday, March 26, 2021, the U-20 world cup winner Emmanuel Agyemang Badu said wishes to see any CEO who would start a stadium project for the club and he will donate to support him.
"I am waiting for any Chief Executive Officer who will decide to build a stadium for Kotoko."
"How can a club like Kotoko travel for about 4 hours from Kumasi to Accra to play CAF Inter-club Competition because there is an ongoing renovation works at the Baba Yara Stadium?
"If Kotoko decides to build 20 seater capacity stadium and ask the supporters to donate 10 bags each, less than 10 minutes, we will get more than 1,000 bags. I will even donate 500 bags of ." he said

Kwame Eugene on the other hand said, both his grandfather and his father are Kotoko so he will also support with 50 bags.
