Manchester United And Barcelona Are Making Agreements Over De Jong

Manchester United and Barcelona have agreed to a €65 million deal for Ajax defender Frankie De Jong, which includes bonuses for performance, and negotiations will continue on the final terms.

New club manager Erik Ten Hag is edging closer to his first signing as a result of tense negotiations between the two sides.

Many people realize how much effort it takes to be a part of Manchester United, so the club has stated that they will walk away from the agreement if a fair price cannot be agreed upon.

A deal has been reached, with FC Barcelona agreeing to pay a minimum of €65 million plus any additional performance-based payments up to a maximum of €80 million.

According to reports, De Jong's deal will be on par with Jadon Sancho's. For the upcoming season, Manchester United supporters want to see significant progress in the team's midfield.

Since Paul Pogba and Nemanja Matic left on their own terms, Fred and Mc Tomimay are now first-team regulars, and James Garner is looking to make an impression on Erik Ten Hag in the coming season. With a contract offer on the table for Christian Eriksen, the incoming manager is anticipated to bring in more midfielders.
