So far, the coach Samuel Boadu led technical team, has been taking the players through their paces as they undergo intense physical activity including beach work to get them in shape for the coming campaign.
The team according to their schedule, will start engaging in some matches next week before they take on city rivals Accra Great Olympics in the Ga Manste Cup at the end of the month.
Next season will be very demanding for the Phobians with the capital club due to compete in continental action as well as on the domestic scene.
Accra Hearts of Oak has won back-to-back FA Cup titles and, they will want to win it for a third season running in the coming campaign.
They lost the Ghana Premier League, GPL title to rivals Asante Kotoko last season and, the Phobians will look to win it back next season.
