Son Heung-Min is a striker and plays for Tottenham Hotspurs in the English Premier League. His club finished fourth and will be playing in the Champions League next season. He was a joint top scorer in the league with Liverpool's Mohammed Salah. He scored 23 goals in the season and I think this is a worry for Ghana. Ghana needs to really augment the defensive sector of the team to prevent him from netting goals.

He is the first Asian player to top the goal scorers in England. He netted twice on the last day bracketing with Salah to claim the trophy alongside him.

As Ghana will be facing South Korea in the World Cup, Son will pose a significant threat to Ghana and the other nations as he is well known for easily breaking through defenses and scoring goals and his long-range shooting ability. The defense needs to be tough if Ghana wants to keep hopes of progressing from the group as we are the least favorites to qualify from it.
