How was that not a penalty for King Faisal.

Accra Hearts of Oak finished off Alhaji Grunsah's King Faisal at the Accra sports stadium yesterday in the Ghana premier league.
Hearts of Oak secured all the three points thanks to goals from Kwadwo Obeng Junior and Barnieh's 87th minute strike.
Well Hearts of Oak was all over King Faisal but then one key decision went against Faisal. They could've taken the lead had the referee awarded a foul in the Hearts of Oak 18 yard box in the first half.
It didn't take long before Kwadwo Obeng Junior scored after an impressive team effort goal. Hearts of Oak combined a series of passes before the ball was squared to Kwadwo Obeng Junior who made no mistake.
Afriyie Barnieh finished off the job for Samual Boadu's men deep into the second half. Hearts of Oak played the Samuel Boadu way but then they were lucky to escape that penalty incident.
