What is happening in Ghana this week, yesterday it was noticed that two riders were involved in a fatal accident at Akyem Chia on the Akyem Ayirebi road in the Eastern Region and crashed to death.
And now, it has been noticed that another gory accident has occurred on the Goaso-Akrodie Junction in the Asunafo North Municipality of the Ahafo Region.
A Kia Rhino which was carrying the players of theGhanaian lower division side Tetekwao Football United, lost control and somersaulted on their way to Goaso for a friendly match on which was to be played on Sunday.
According to reports, the driver of the car lost control of the steering wheel upon reaching the spot at Akrodie Junction and then they somersaulted into a ditch.
However it was noticed that one youth player was confirmed dead while the other players were taken to the Goaso Municipal Hospital for treatment.
Seeing all these things frightens me and I pray for quick recovery for those who are hospitalized and may the soul of the youth player who died perfectly rest in peace.
Most times i wonder what causes all these accidents in Ghana, could it be because of reckless driving or bad roads?.
What do you think causes it?, please do well to drop your opinion below and also share.
