Manchester United faced Luton Town in what seemed to be a rather biased match because it went in favor of Manchester United solely. They were able to gain the win for the first time this new season.

The last match they played this season in the Premier League they lost shamefully and are now 15th on the table. However, all hopes are not lost since that was their premier match and so they still have one more match.
They faced Luton Town in the third round of English Football League or EFL Cup. They were able to net in three awesome goals. One after the other they came.
Mata scored the first goal at the 44th minute with the aid of a penalty goal. That was the begining of wonders for Manchester United.

Rashford now doubled their lead at the 88th minute to make it 2 - 0. They left Luton Town in disarray.

Greenwood now sealed their win with another goal at the 90+2 minute. That was the win for them and their first win this season. Hopefully they will maintain this performance in Premier League.
