Hearts of Oak head coach, Samuel Boadu has opened up on the absence of striker, Abednego Tetteh.
According to the former Medeama SC trainer, the striker must not be rushed into the first team.
Abednego Tetteh has not played for Hearts since January this year.
The 30-year-old striker made a very short appearance in the club’s 3-0 MTN FA Cup round 64 win over Liberty Professionals last week Wednesday at the Accra Sports Stadium.
Samuel Boadu says Tetteh must be introduced into games gradually.
“Concerning Abednego, I just introduced him [in the MTN FA Cup], I don’t want to rush him, it’s a process, it’s a gradual process.
“Abednego wasn’t around, sometimes he was not part of the training, I think he travels.
“The team that I got, they won the first match.
“From there, they are progressing so it’s hardly to bring someone jus in while the team is progressing.” Samuel Boadu said.
