Ghana Premier League Champions Accra Hearts of Oak Sporting Club has been handed quite a tricky draw ahead of their CAF Champions League campaign.
The draw was held in Cairo, the capital of Egypt, and the Ghanaian giants will meet Club Industriel De Kamsar of Guinea in the first Prelims of the competition.
If Hearts Of Oak can progress, they will meet WAC of Morocco before making it into the group stage proper.
Remember Hearts Of Oak will be participating in this competition by winning the just ended Ghana Premier League for the first time in ten years.
In the past years, clubs from Ghana have performed abysmally in both CAF club competitions forcing our slots to reduce to one each.
Asante Kotoko in the last two seasons represented Ghana in the CAF Confederations cup but failed to raise the flag of Ghana high.
